Terms of Service for Second Sumo

Welcome to Second Sumo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Second Sumo game, including when accessed as a Discord Activity. By launching or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License & Right to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and play Second Sumo for non-commercial, personal entertainment purposes.

2. User Conduct

When playing Second Sumo, you agree to act respectfully toward other players. You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, hack, or disrupt the multiplayer game servers or client-side code.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or cheat clients to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Using the game name or assets to impersonate Inkster Games or deceive other users.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Second Sumo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inkster Games, its creators, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the game.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing our business location, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
